
TO SIGN UP YOUR GROUP
To sign up your group or check
the availability of a program,
please contact our office by emailing or
calling us Toll Free at 888-254-1710. We will be glad
to schedule your dates and
hold your space if it is available.
A hold on your space will reserve
the date for five (5) business
days. At the conclusion of
the five business days a Contract
must be issued and you will
have 10 days from the date
you receive the Contract to
return it with your per person
deposit.
All groups who book prior to December 31 will only be required a
non-refundable, $500.00 group deposit. All groups booking January 1
and later will be required to make a non-refundable, $75.00 per person
deposit.
A hold on your date means we will not book another team in your
spot until we have verbally or electronically confirmed your request
for a Contract to be issued. Once you have confirmed and made your
deposit, a payment schedule will be sent to you that reflects your
balance due and the amounts due based on your total number of contracted
participants.
We will assign you an access code that will get you into the area
on our web site for downloading your work team manuals and paperwork.
We also have these available on disc or we can mail you a hard copy
from our office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each deposit will secure one
place for each person. Once contracted, spaces are non-refundable.
There are no exceptions! If a participant cancels from your group,
the payment cannot be transferred to another pre-registered member’s
registration fee. If you have another person who did not originally
register to attend but would like to participate, that person can
assume the space for the person who cancelled.
If you cancel earlier than 60 days from the first day of your project,
you will owe 50% of the balance due. Any cancellation within 59 days
of the first day of your project will require full payment for each
person contracted for.
