To Sign Up...

Go to the “Available Dates” to check the week and the programs being offered. Having a backup date is always a good plan in case we have not been able to update the calendar.

Contact our office by emailing or by calling us at 850-856-9779. We will be glad to schedule your dates and hold your space if it is available. A hold on your space will reserve the date for 5 business days. At the conclusion of the 5 days a Contract will be issued and you will have 10 days from the date you receive the Contract to return it with the appropriate Deposit.

All Groups who book prior to December 31 will be required to pay a non-refundable $1,000 Deposit.

All Groups Booking January 1 and beyond will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person.

A “Hold” on your date means we will not book another group in your place until we have verbally or electronically confirmed your request for a Contract to be issued.  Once you have Contract and Deposit, we will send you a payment schedule that reflects the balance due and the amounts due based on your contracted number of participants.

One of our staff will reach out and we will begin building your experience with you. We will discuss your team goals, experience and what you want to see happen in the life of your group. As your experience draws closer we will begin discussing the specifics of your time here.
